The Symphony of Baking: Whisking Dreams and Kneading Love

Poetry Image

In the quiet morning light, I gather
Flour, sugar, eggs as dreams unfold,
Whisking hopes with gentle hands,
A symphony of warmth and gold.

Dough beneath my fingers, soft yet strong,
Like love it yields and rises high,
Kneading life into each fold,
A sacred dance ‘neath the open sky.

The oven’s heat, a tender embrace,
Turning promise into form,
As scents of home fill the air,
A testament to love reborn.

And when the day is done, we share
These humble gifts, baked with care,
A slice of joy, a piece of heart,
Bound by the art of baking fair.
