Farewell to the Echoes of Death

Poetry Image

In the shadows where whispers lie,
A silent farewell to the night’s sigh.
Death, you linger but are not to stay,
For dawn’s light chases your gloom away.

Beneath the moon’s pale, ghostly glow,
The rivers of time continue to flow.
Your cold embrace, a fleeting touch,
In life’s dance, you are but a crutch.

The stars above, they shine so bright,
Guiding souls through the endless night.
Though you claim many in your stride,
Love and memories will not subside.

So, goodbye, death, with all your might,
You cannot dim the eternal light.
For in each heart, a spark remains,
A beacon through life’s joys and pains.
