The Silent Echoes of a Lonely Heart

Poetry Image

In the shadows of the midnight moon,
Where whispers of sorrow softly croon,
A heart once vibrant, now torn apart,
Finds solace in the quiet of the dark.

Tears fall like rain on a parched land,
Each drop a testament to dreams once planned,
The silence deafening, the pain too real,
In the void where memories steal.

The echoes of laughter now distant and faint,
Paint a portrait of love tainted with restraint,
A soul adrift in a sea of despair,
Seeking refuge in a world so unfair.

Yet in this melancholy, a strength is found,
In the silence, a voice profound,
For even in sadness, a heart can mend,
And find the courage to love again.
