The Silent Shadows of Violence

Poetry Image

In the quiet night, shadows scream,
Echoes of pain in a darkened dream.
Whispers of sorrow fill the air,
Broken hearts, beyond repair.

The silent cries, the hidden tears,
A world engulfed in endless fears.
Bruised souls, they walk alone,
Seeking refuge in the unknown.

Violence lurks in every corner,
Turning love into a mourner.
Hands that should have held with care,
Now bring despair without a prayer.

Yet hope remains, a distant light,
A beacon in the darkest night.
For peace will come and heal the pain,
And love will bloom in place of rain.
