The Masked Deceivers: A Tale of Liars and Fakes

Poetry Image

In shadows deep, their whispers creep,
With smiles so bright, they hide the night.
Their words like silk, but hearts of stone,
They weave deceit, to claim the throne.

Behind those eyes, a world of lies,
A perfect guise, their truth denies.
They play their part, with practiced art,
Yet hollow beats, within their heart.

Each promise made, a fleeting shade,
Trust betrayed, their game replayed.
The truth they twist, in fog and mist,
A serpent’s hiss, that won’t be missed.

But time will tell, and masks will fall,
Revealing all, the empty call.
For truth remains, through all the pain,
And liars’ reign, shall end in shame.
