The Final Voyage: When Death Steers the Ship to Distant Shores

Poetry Image

Upon the midnight sea so vast and deep,
A ship sails forth, where shadows gently creep.
Its sails are tattered, yet it moves with grace,
Toward the horizon, to an unknown place.

The captain stands, his eyes a distant stare,
Guiding the ship through silent, somber air.
He whispers secrets to the night’s embrace,
As stars above reflect his weary face.

The crew, now ghosts of memories long past,
Keep to their duties, as shadows they cast.
In silent reverence, they heed the call,
Of distant shores where spirits rise and fall.

The ship of death, it sails without a sound,
To realms where peace and final rest are found.
Across the endless sea, it charts its course,
Guided by fate, and an eternal force.
